Terms of Service

1. Eligibility and account

• Users must provide accurate information and maintain credential security.
• Users are responsible for activity under their account.
• Users must meet the minimum legal age in their region.

2. Acceptable use

• No unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful use.
• No unauthorized access, probing, scraping, or resale beyond legal allowances.
• No attempts to disrupt service infrastructure.

3. Content, IP, and availability

Users retain ownership of their content. GLANIT receives a limited license solely to operate and improve the service. The service and brand assets remain GLANIT intellectual property. Service availability is provided on an as-available basis.

4. Account deletion and termination

Account deletion can be initiated in-app and outside the app via info@glanit.com. Verified deletions are processed according to the Privacy Policy. GLANIT may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or pose security risks.

5. Liability, governing law, and disputes

To the maximum extent allowed by law, GLANIT excludes indirect and consequential damages. These Terms are primarily governed by EU law, with mandatory U.S. consumer protections applying to U.S. users where required. Parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution via info@glanit.com before formal claims.

6. Updates to terms

We may update these Terms to reflect legal, security, and product changes. Material updates include a revised date and reasonable notice where legally required.
